This full-time role will support our Primary Care Department and is ideal for a nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment. The RN will work closely with providers and clinical staff to support day-to-day patient care, assist with patient assessments, telephone triage, education, treatment coordination, and other clinical duties within the primary care setting. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in a primary care outpatient setting Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and clinical documentation Assist providers with examinations and procedures as needed Administer medications and injections per provider orders Support telephone triage and patient follow-up Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and preventive care Maintain accurate and timely medical records Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines Qualifications Active RN license in New York State Prior experience in primary care, family medicine, or outpatient practice preferred Strong communication and patient service skills Reliable, organized, and team-oriented Ability to work full-time hours in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and EHR knowledge preferred Compensation Salary range of app $42-$48 per hour .
