This full-time role will support our Primary Care Department and is ideal for a nurse who is committed to providing high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment. The RN will work closely with providers and clinical staff to support day-to-day patient care, assist with patient assessments, telephone triage, education, treatment coordination, and other clinical duties within the primary care setting.
