About Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital opened on Jan. 24, 1955 as a 238-bed community hospital. Today, the hospital is a 1,101-bed major academic and referral center with Level I adult trauma and Level II pediatric trauma designations. Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital has 43 residency and fellowship programs with 454 residents and fellows. Corewell is the exclusive clinical partner of the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, with more than 1,400 doctors on faculty. Scope of WorkOrganizes schedules for modality employees, with manager being responsible for the accuracy of the schedule overall. Oversees day to day floor operations within the modality, monitors quality and direct team member education opportunities during these operations. Actively participates in the achievement and maintenance of patient satisfaction scores, by researching and resolving problems. Assists manager with payroll duties as assigned. Monitors and tracks education requirements for employees, as assigned. Assists employees in setting goals, employee performance improvement and initiating/delivering corrective action processes. Participates and aids in increasing employees satisfaction by researching and resolving problems. Provides the Supervisor/Manager input regarding employee performance. May be asked to participate in the interview process of new applicants May lead special projects assigned by leadership. Qualifications Required Associate's Degree or equivalent in health care or related field Preferred Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in health care or related field 5 years of relevant experience as Radiographer Technologist Required CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration
