This position offers a unique opportunity to work across our diverse network of facilities, adapting to different clinical environments while utilizing state-of-the-art medical imaging technology. Our MRI Technologists are vital to our diagnostics team, responsible for conducting scans to produce high-quality images used to diagnose and treat patient conditions. With a focus on safety and efficiency, this role requires precision and excellent communication skills to ensure every patient receives optimal care. Responsibilities Operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images as per physician's orders. Adjust and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it operates correctly throughout the procedures. Monitor patient safety and comfort, and provide clear instructions to patients during MRI procedures. Work with radiologists to evaluate image quality, providing additional scans as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and manage scheduling to ensure timely diagnostics. Implement safety protocols to minimize exposure to radiation and magnetic fields. Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff. Required Skills Proven ability to operate MRI equipment. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems effectively. Detail-oriented with organizational and multitasking abilities.
