Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Exciting opportunity available for an experienced imaging professional skilled in X-ray as a Radiologic Technologist. This position offers a challenging and rewarding assignment working with a dynamic healthcare team. You'll contribute your expertise across a variety of cases and departments while further developing your clinical skills.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm On-call responsibilities every other week for surgical cases
Assignment Duration:
13 weeks Start date: ASAP Your background and skills: Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Proficiency and hands-on experience with X-ray imaging practices Ability to independently handle ER, outpatient (OP), inpatient (IP), pain procedures, operating room (OR) imaging, and Fluoroscopy Experience with surgical on-call preferred Comfortable assisting with occasional CT scans Strong understanding of patient safety and infection control protocols Reliable communication skills and team-oriented approach Compliance with all applicable licensure and accreditation
Responsibilities:
Operate X-ray equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images for a diverse patient population Support care teams in ER, OP, IP, and OR environments - performing pain cases, intraoperative imaging, and fluoroscopic procedures Participate in on-call surgical rotations as scheduled Assist with some CT imaging as needed Accurately document and manage electronic medical records and patient data Maintain imaging equipment and ensure a safe, well-stocked work environment Communicate clearly with patients, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort This assignment is perfect for compassionate professionals eager to work in a collaborative and fast-paced healthcare setting.
