Job Description

Category Imaging - Multi Modality Tech Job Type Contract Advance your healthcare imaging career by contributing your expertise as a Multi Modality and CT Technologist. In this dynamic contract role, you'll work alongside a team of skilled technologists and support staff conducting diagnostic imaging studies in a progressive hospital setting with 800 beds. Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment including GE Optima, GE EVO, GE Revolution scanners, and Medrad Injectors, you will play a crucial part in patient care and accurate diagnosis.
Schedule/Hours:
Various shifts available, including day, evening, and night Day Shift typically staffed with 5 technologists and supervisor Evening Shift includes 4-5 technologists and a radiology assistant Night Shift supported by 2-3 technologists and a radiology assistant
Qualifications:
Valid credentials as a Radiologic Technologist with CT modality experience Proficient in multi-modality imaging, including CT Familiarity with GE imaging equipment and Medrad Injectors preferred Skilled in using Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PAC's electronic medical records systems Strong teamwork and communication abilities Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality imaging practices
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and protocols Operate multi-modality and CT imaging equipment safely and efficiently Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and department teammates to ensure high-quality patient care Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in Cerner Rad Net and Phillips PAC's Maintain equipment, arranging service as necessary for optimal performance Support a safe, respectful, and efficient workflow during assigned shift Engage in a rewarding position where your technical skills and attention to detail enhance patient care.
