Job Description

Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Qualifications:
Current certification as an IR Tech or Radiologic Technologist with IR specialty ARRT (R) certification required; Vascular-Interventional (VI) preferred Registered or eligible for registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Valid BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Minimum of 1 year of recent IR Tech experience in a hospital or acute care setting In-depth understanding of imaging safety protocols and sterile techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Adaptability to new environments and proficiency with advanced imaging equipment
Responsibilities:
Assist interventional radiologists with a wide range of minimally invasive procedures Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment used during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions Adhere to all infection control, safety, and privacy protocols Prepare procedure rooms, instruments, and supplies for daily operations Accurately document patient information and imaging results within electronic health records Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate optimal patient care Provide patient education and support throughout the imaging process
