Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Bring your CT and PET/CT imaging expertise to a dynamic healthcare setting where your advanced skills will directly contribute to exceptional patient care. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a supportive environment. You'll play a vital role in diagnostic imaging, collaborating with an experienced team focused on accuracy, safety, and compassionate service.
Schedule/Hours:
10-hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) 40 hours per week No on-call or call-back requirements Travelers will work holidays if these fall during scheduled shifts
Preferred Qualifications:
ARRT certification in CT (required) Clinical experience performing both CT and PET/CT procedures Strong grasp of radiation safety and imaging protocols Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently, manage workflow, and prioritize patient needs Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
Operate CT and PET/CT imaging equipment to conduct high-quality diagnostic scans Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and ensuring comfort and safety Follow all safety and infection control procedures Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure accurate, timely imaging results Document procedures and maintain detailed patient records in accordance with facility standards Maintain imaging equipment and report any malfunctions as needed
