Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a crucial role supporting patient care by providing high-quality CT imaging services within a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract opportunity is ideal for a skilled CT technologist eager to leverage advanced imaging techniques to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT (CT) certification Valid state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist (if required) Proven experience performing CT imaging studies in a hospital or outpatient setting In-depth knowledge of imaging protocols, safety standards, and patient care practices Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities:
Operate CT imaging equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic scans as ordered by physicians Follow established imaging protocols and safety procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes Prepare patients for scans, explaining procedures and addressing questions to provide comfort and reassurance Maintain accurate patient records and document scan details according to facility standards Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to ensure clear and timely communication of results Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on imaging equipment This position provides an opportunity to support patient health, expand your professional experience, and work with a dedicated clinical team.
