What You'll Do Provide direct outpatient primary care, including diagnosis, treatment, and documentation per protocols. Conduct patient assessments, prescribe medications, and order labs or imaging as needed. Manage chronic diseases, support patient self-management goals, and monitor progress. Collaborate with care teams, participate in case reviews, and serve as a mentor/preceptor. Engage in continuing education, quality improvement, and patient-centered health home initiatives.
What We're Looking For Required:
BLS Certificate from American Red Cross or American Heart Association Full, valid licensure to practice medicine by the NC Board of Medical Examiners National certification
Preferred:
Minimum of one (1) year of experience Experience with underserved or rural populations Familiarity with team-based care or
PCMH/PCHH
