CT/X-Ray Technologist We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT/X-Ray Technologist to join our healthcare team in Saranac Lake . In this full-time role, you will perform both Computed Tomography (CT) and Diagnostic X-Ray procedures while ensuring high-quality patient care and accurate imaging. You will work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support timely diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities:

Perform CT and diagnostic X-ray examinations following physician orders and established imaging protocols. Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures while ensuring their comfort and safety. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CT and X-ray equipment. Review images for quality and accuracy before submission to the radiologist. Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain compliance with departmental policies. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care. Ensure proper infection control and patient confidentiality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Current ARRT (R) certification required. ARRT (CT) certification or advanced CT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain if applicable). Active New York State Radiologic Technologist License required. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Previous experience in both CT and diagnostic X-ray preferred. Strong communication, patient care, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinical environment. VB_

$135,000.00 per year
