Qualifications:
Current, valid ARRT Certification in CT or equivalent Active state license as required for NY Minimum of 1 year CT Imaging experience in a medical or hospital setting Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Strong critical thinking and patient care abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Operate CT imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality diagnostic images Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and answering questions Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to optimize patient care Assure compliance with safety protocols and proper documentation Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as necessary Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate compassionate care
