40 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist for a 13-week contract opportunity in East Liverpool, Ohio. This position is covering an FMLA/Leave of Absence and offers a consistent weekday schedule in a patient-focused imaging department. Responsibilities Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations. Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy. Operate mammography equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Complete quality assurance (QA) procedures and maintain equipment performance. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation. Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure timely patient care. Follow radiation safety, infection control, and departmental protocols. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care throughout every examination. Qualifications Registered Mammography Technologist\ARRT(M) required. Proficient in performing both screening and diagnostic mammograms . Current BLS Certification preferred. Strong communication, technical, and patient care skills. Candidates residing beyond 50 miles from the assignment location are encouraged to apply.
