Radiology Technologists use x-ray equipment to obtain images of the body interpreted by a Radiologist and are responsible for preparing patients for the exam, moving and instructing the patient into the proper position, correctly operating the equipment, and obtaining a high-quality image while minimizing radiation dose to the patient. Radiology Technologists may go on to specialize in more specific imaging techniques such as bone densitometry, cardiovascular-interventional radiography, computer tomography, mammography, magnetic resonance imaging and nuclear medicine.
- A caregiver in this position varying shifts| every other Saturday and Sunday - 2 holidays a year by seniority (1 summer 1 winter). Call rotation.
- A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Perform general radiology exams, portable exams and fluoroscopic procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- + Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. + Must be able to lift or assist with lifting patients of varying weight and manipulate equipment daily.
Personal Protective Equipment:
- + Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

- Minimum hourly: $34.
