As a CT Technologist, you will perform diagnostic CT examinations and assist physicians with invasive CT procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety. In this role, you will: Perform and document diagnostic CT examinations upon the order of an approved healthcare provider. Prepare examinations for interpretation by the radiologist and maintain radiation safety protocols. Operate all CT and related equipment, as well as facility-based computer systems. Administer oral and intravenous contrast media under the direction of a physician or per protocol. Transport, move, and position patients safely and appropriately. Assist physicians with special procedures involving the use of CT. Participate in quality assurance and quality control activities related to CT. To qualify, you should have: An Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology from an AMA-approved school. Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in radiography and CT. Licensure requirements maintained with the state of Ohio. Annual CPR certification/When Seconds Count certification. Need 2 years experience in setting.
