X-Ray Technologist (Radiologic Technologist)

Portland, OR Duration:

Weeks Contract Shift:
Night Shift (11:00 PM - 09:30 AM)
Schedule:
4x10-hour shifts (Monday - Thursday)
On-Call Requirement:
Yes (Approx. 3 shifts/month)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled X-Ray Technologist to join a fast-paced acute care hospital environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working night shifts and capable of delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient safety and compliance with clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures as ordered by physicians Ensure high-quality imaging while adhering to radiation safety protocols Position patients correctly to obtain accurate diagnostic images Maintain proper documentation of procedures and patient records Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members Follow infection control and safety guidelines Participate in scheduled on-call shifts
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of X-Ray / Radiologic Technology experience Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Active ARRT certification State licensure (if applicable) Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
Preferred Qualifications:
