What You'll Do As a Radiology Technologist, you'll perform diagnostic imaging services in an acute care environment.

Responsibilities may include:

Performing diagnostic X-ray and CT imaging procedures Providing imaging services for Emergency Department and inpatient patients Operating X-ray and CT equipment and associated hardware and software Using PACS to manage and review diagnostic images Preparing and positioning patients for imaging procedures Following established safety, quality, and infection-control procedures Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting efficient patient care Requirements High school diploma or GED Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiology Certified as a medical radiologic technologist in the state of practice Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography Current AHA BLS certification Minimum 1 year of radiologic/imaging experience Minimum 1 year of CT experience Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience Proficiency with X-ray and CT equipment, manufacturer hardware/software, and PACS Why Work Per Diem With CareRev?
