Role Overview:

Provides diagnostic radiologic imaging under physician supervision, ensuring high-quality images and adherence to radiation safety standards. Delivers compassionate patient care across emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings, including trauma and ICU cases.

Responsibilities:

Produces diagnostic images, processes and prepares images for interpretation, and ensures proper documentation and safety protocols. Coordinates exam scheduling, confirms physician orders, and maintains equipment and supplies. Ensures images are correctly stored in PACS, reports equipment issues, and assists in training new staff and students. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation from an accredited Radiography program or equivalent, with less than 1 year of experience. Knowledge of medical terminology, radiation safety, and medical technology. Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) in Pennsylvania and Basic Life Support (BLS). Ability to handle confidential information, solve problems, and operate radiation equipment effectively and safely.
