MRI Technologist - Philadelphia, PA Soliant - 3.9 Philadelphia, PA Job Details Full-time $2,614 - $2,765 a week 12 hours ago Qualifications Equipment safety procedures BLS Certification Full Job Description Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years MRI experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Deliver high-quality patient care as an MRI Technologist in a dynamic healthcare setting. This position offers the opportunity to utilize your expertise in advanced imaging and MRI technology as part of a supportive clinical team.
Key Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or MRI Current ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT certification required Experience performing MRI scans and operating MRI equipment safely Knowledgeable of safety guidelines related to MRI environments Strong attention to detail and ability to follow imaging protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills BLS certification (current or eligible to obtain before start date) Previous contract or acute-care experience preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and position patients for MRI examinations, ensuring their safety and comfort Operate MRI equipment to acquire optimal diagnostic images as ordered by the provider Review images for quality, clarity, and coverage according to facility standards Accurately document patient information and imaging data Maintain clean and organized imaging suites, adhering to infection control policies Utilize time efficiently to maintain a smooth workflow and minimize patient wait times Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare professionals about imaging results and patient needs Monitor patients during imaging for any adverse reactions or complications
