Job Description

Category Imaging - IR Tech Job Type Contract Take the next step in your imaging career with an engaging role utilizing your IR Tech expertise. This contract opportunity is ideal for Interventional Radiology Technologists seeking to contribute their skills in a dynamic hospital environment and provide exceptional patient care.
Schedule:
13-week contract Primarily four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday (may occasionally require a fifth shift, depending on staffing needs) Weekly hours: 36-40 Shift start time: 7:00 AM On-call coverage: 7 days in a 5-week period, including a Friday/Saturday/Sunday rotation Weekend work required only when on-call Holiday coverage required if a holiday falls during the assignment
Required Qualifications:
Active ARRT certification BLS certification Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, including both peripheral and neuro procedures
Essential Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate interventional radiology equipment and assist physicians during intricate procedures Monitor patient safety before, during, and after procedures Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and documentation Uphold all safety regulations and infection control protocols within the imaging suite Demonstrate adaptability by participating in on-call and holiday rotations as assigned Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to ensure optimal patient outcomes Why apply for this role?
