Every day, you will adeptly create detailed cross-sectional images of the skeleton, tissues, and internal organs. Your compassionate interaction and skill in patient care will be crucial, as you play a significant role in fostering a positive and comforting patient experience throughout the imaging process. To be successful in this role, you will deeply understand the critical importance of diagnostic imaging. This includes a comprehensive knowledge of general imaging workflow, various patient positioning techniques, and the ability to consistently capture clear results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses that guide effective patient care. Utilizes innovative customer service techniques to provide a positive patient care experience for the patient and their family. Acts professionally in all dealings with internal and external customers to promote a working environment that focuses on the patient experience and not operational rivalries or roadblocks to care. Perform complex specialized tasks associated with the operation of CT scanners and related equipment in accordance with prescribed radiation safety procedures. Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary. Assist radiologist with interventional CT imaging procedures, starting IV`s, and injecting contrast, if applicable. Maintains equipment and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures. Establishes and maintains lines of communication with all other staff members and Radiologists to ensure an effective and harmonious working environment. •Relocation assistance available from eligible candidates• Job Requirements Required Must have completed an accredited Radiology program One (1) year experience in
