Job Description:
- PRN Rate $37.32/hour + Shift Differentials
- Coverage needed for Saturdays & Sundays
- Outpatient
- 12 hour shifts
- + Practicing infection control standards and using approved PPE and disinfectant agents.

- + Ability to communicate effectively and work with people of various diverse backgrounds [Required] + Knowledge of CT procedures and scanners [Required] + Ability to learn and grow with new technology [Required] + Customer Service skills [Required] + CT Safety including radiation protection [Required] + General computer skills and PACS [Required] + Basic IV competency [Required] + General physics and anatomy [Required] + Fluent in the English language [Required] + Experience/knowledge of computers/networking [Required] + Effective communication skills [Required] + Cross-Sectional Anatomy [Required] + Cardiac & Vascular skills [Required] + 3D workstation skills [Required] + IV placement skills [Required] + Ability to analyze and assess data, techniques, methodology, equipment operation, and quality control to ensure that information is obtained and presented accurately [Required] + Up-to-date knowledge of patient positioning and equipment operations, including x-ray machines and printers [Required] + Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the health care industry [Required] + Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required] + Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required] + Ability to quickly learn and follow departmental policies and procedures + Ability to follow Basic Radiation Safety concepts of time, distance, and shielding to keep exposure levels ALARA for patients and staff [Required] + Demonstrates the ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively [Required] + Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which addresses the physical, psychosocial, educational, safety, and age-appropriate needs of the patient population served within the department [Required] + Organizational, Verbal interpersonal and customer relations skills [Required] + Grammar/Spelling competence [Required] + Ability to read/comprehend written instructions [Required] + Follow verbal instructions [Required] + Keyboarding (manual) [Required] + Computer (visual) skills [Required] + Ability to perform CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail [Required] + Knowledge of communication styles and constant deployment of proper engagement behaviors when encountering patients, staff, and physicians [Required] + As required, performs waived and non-waived Point of Care Testing, ensuring approved competency and documented proof at the time of training.
Education:

Work Experience:
- + 1+ years experience in radiology and completion of CT training program [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- + Registered Technologist
- Radiography RT(R)(ARRT) [Required] + American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Computed Tomography RT(CT)(ARRT) [Required] + Medical Radiological Technologist (MRT)
- Texas Medical Board [Required] + Basic Life Support
- CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:
- $29.60
