Key Responsibilities Utilize technical skills to meet contractual product lifecycle requirements for telecommunications, security, and other technology products Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and testing of XRAY systems to ensure optimal operational readiness Respond promptly to equipment malfunction support requests Support field customers with the operational standards, field triage, and maintenance requirements for deployed equipment Document trends and failures to provide feedback to manufacturers to improve performance of current and future product platforms Utilize customer's maintenance system to document repairs and services performed on equipment Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records Provide technical support and basic user training to Department personnel as needed Required Qualifications Active Secret security clearance High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electronics preferred Minimum 5+ years of experience maintaining and repairing security screening or similar electronic equipment Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electronic/mechanical systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks associated with equipment maintenance U.S. citizenship required Valid driver's license Domestic travel
