This role plays a vital part in creating a vibrant, welcoming community where residents feel connected and fulfilled.

Community Enrichment Assistants & Volunteers Schedule:

Monday-Friday with occasional weekends and MOD rotation Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and implement engaging activity programs tailored to residents' interests and needs Conduct resident assessments to identify psychosocial needs and preferences Manage and coordinate the Recreation Department workflow and daily operations Lead, mentor, and support enrichment staff and volunteers Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident safety and well-being Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to Quality Assurance initiatives Demonstrate commitment to Inspirit's mission, vision, and values What We're Looking For Experience as an Activities Director or in a similar role preferred High-energy, organized, and creative individual Genuine love and compassion for seniors Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Comfortable using computers and basic technology Flexible schedule to accommodate resident needs Requirements Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Pre-employment drug screening and TB test required

Pay:

Up to $15.25 per hour
