Job Description

Beztak is looking to hire a Director of Memory Care to join our team. The Director of Memory Care is responsible for the coordination of all resident care, activity programming and staffing of Memory Care services throughout the community.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Develops and leads engaging activities that are appropriate for the level of care that allows residents the opportunity to exercise their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of their lives. Coordinate special outside activities including scenic drives or field trips Assists the Director of Life Enrichment with calendar ideas and programming Prepare and follow a Budget Interface with physicians and other care providers if needed Supervision of staff including creating and coordinating staffing schedules Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
Minimum two years' experience in specialized dementia care programs
CPR Certified Pay:
