Responsibilities Evaluate patient conditions regarding physical and basic mental health along with living skills and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop treatment plans that include achievable goals tailored to individual patient needs. Educate patients and family members on therapy techniques that can be continued at home.
