Role:

As an Activities Director at Serenity Estates of Daytona Beach, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities and programs for our residents, fostering a sense of community and social connection. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and execute activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement activity programs and events, including arts and crafts, music and entertainment, exercise and wellness, and social activities Conduct resident assessments and develop individualized activity plans to meet their unique needs and interests Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, rehabilitation, and dietary, to ensure seamless integration of activities and services Recruit and manage volunteers and staff to support activity programs Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and guidelines Maintain accurate records and reports, including activity schedules, attendance records, and resident feedback

Requirements:
