The ideal candidate is an energetic leader who is passionate about creating a positive school culture through student activities, special events, clubs, assemblies, and community engagement. This individual will collaborate with administrators, teachers, families, and community partners to develop memorable experiences that promote student leadership, school spirit, and academic success. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and oversee school-wide events, celebrations, assemblies, and special programs. Coordinate student clubs, leadership opportunities, and extracurricular activities. Develop engaging activities that support students' academic, social, and emotional growth. Collaborate with school administration, faculty, and staff to implement the school's vision and culture. Coordinate spirit weeks, family engagement events, fundraisers, and community outreach initiatives. Recruit, schedule, and supervise volunteers and activity sponsors. Manage event logistics, including facilities, equipment, vendors, and event schedules. Maintain activity calendars and communicate upcoming events with staff and families. Monitor budgets and maintain accurate records for activity-related expenses. Ensure all activities comply with school policies and safety procedures. Assist with student recognition programs and school-wide incentive initiatives. Promote a welcoming, inclusive, and positive environment for all students. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Recreation, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred. Experience coordinating school events, youth programs, or extracurricular activities is a plus. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with social media, Canva, or similar design platforms is a plus. Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for school events. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
