Full-Time Activities Director Osprey Manor Fairway is seeking an energetic, caring, and compassionate Full-Time Activities Director to join our team! We are looking for someone who loves working with seniors and enjoys creating meaningful, fun, and engaging experiences for our residents. The Activities Director will be responsible for planning and coordinating a variety of activities that promote social interaction, creativity, entertainment, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily and weekly activities for our residents Create a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment Organize games, crafts, music, social events, outings, and other recreational activities Encourage residents to participate and help create a sense of community Develop activities that meet the interests and abilities of our residents Communicate with residents, families, and staff in a professional and caring manner Maintain an activities calendar and ensure activities are organized and prepared Assist with special events, celebrations, and resident programs Build positive relationships with residents and make each day enjoyable and meaningful Qualifications Previous experience working with seniors is preferred Activities or recreation experience is a plus Energetic, creative, patient, and compassionate personality Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must genuinely enjoy working with seniors and making a positive difference in their lives Schedule Full-Time 40 hours per week If you are a caring, enthusiastic person who enjoys bringing smiles to others and creating memorable experiences, we would love to hear from you!
