CNA Rate:

$19.50-$23.22/hour White County Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an Activities Director to create meaningful and engaging programs that support the interests, abilities, and quality of life of our residents.

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate individual and group activities Develop programs based on residents' interests, abilities, and needs Organize seasonal events, entertainment, and special programs Encourage resident participation and independent activities Assist residents to and from activities as needed Maintain an engaging and positive activities environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with elderly individuals required CNA certification preferred Recreation or activities experience preferred Degree in Recreation or previous experience as an Activities Director or Recreation Assistant preferred Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
