We are looking for a dedicated professional to help us achieve this mission. About the
Role:
The Activity Director will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational activities designed to engage and enrich the lives of our residents. This includes developing and managing programs that cater to diverse interests, abilities, and social needs. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the success of our activities and contribute to the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement recreational activities, programs, and events that meet the diverse needs of our residents Develop and manage a varied program schedule, including social, educational, and therapeutic activities Collaborate with our therapy team to create and implement activities that support individualized care plans Recruit and supervise volunteer coordinators and activity assistants to support program implementation Maintain accurate records and reports of activities, participant engagement, and program evaluation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards A minimum of 3 years of experience in activity direction or a related field If you are a motivated and compassionate individual with a passion for working with seniors, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
