Activity Director Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activity Director to join our team at Sullivan Healthcare & Senior Living. Develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive activity program that aligns with the needs and interests of our residents Plan and coordinate individual and group activities, including music, games, arts and crafts, and other forms of entertainment Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop activities that support resident physical, mental, and emotional well-being Promote resident engagement, socialization, and participation in activities Recruit and train volunteers to assist with activity programs and events Maintain accurate records of activity participation, resident engagement, and program evaluations Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards for skilled nursing facilities About the
