Life Enrichment Coordinator We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Life Enrichment Coordinator to join our team and enhance the quality of life for our residents. In this role, you will develop and implement engaging activities and programs that promote social, emotional, and physical well-being, fostering a vibrant and supportive community environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of recreational, social, educational, and spiritual activities tailored to residents' interests and needs Assess residents' preferences and abilities to create personalized activity plans Coordinate with staff, families, and community resources to ensure comprehensive program delivery Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as needed to maximize engagement Maintain accurate records of participation and resident feedback Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful atmosphere that encourages resident participation and interaction

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in activity planning, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or community settings Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging programs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs Knowledge of aging processes and activities suitable for older adults is a plus Certification in activity coordination or related fields is preferred Join our organization and become part of a caring community dedicated to enriching lives through meaningful activities.
