Immediate Access to DailyPay Responsibilities include: Vibrancy of the overall community including all residents being out of their rooms as much as possible. Ensuring that those that cannot attend a group activity have engagement and interaction with someone on a daily basis for at least 20 minutes. Held accountable for attendance at activities as they should be strongly promoting and encouraging good attendance. Attendance sheet at each activity signed or initialed by resident. Properly documenting for non-attending resident of daily activity that was engaged one on one. Weekly conversations with management on each resident's engagement. Creating Monthly Activity Calendar with 2 activities per day (morning and afternoon).

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication, including listening skills. Must have two years' experience in geriatrics or equivalent. Familiar with gerontology and an overall view of health care delivery, including State regulations. Must have an overall "caring" personality and attitude. Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted and 125 pounds per person in a two-person lift. Must have valid driver's license. We are a drug-free workplace. We do perform criminal background checks and substance abuse testing.
