New Assisted Living and Memory Care facility is looking for an Activities Director to join our team! Candidates must be detail oriented, possess excellent planning skills, as activities will need to be planned in a monthly basis. Activities director will coordinate and develop activities to enhance the lives of our senior residents. A sense of creativity is required, as candidate will plan activities that provide meaningful, fulfillment, sensory, social, physical, and cognitive stimulation. Must have long term care in assisted living and dementia. Must have a valid drivers license, as will be driving the company van for outings. Candidate must be able to plan activities, with a given monthly budget. Supervising experience is expected, as Activities Director will oversee and coordinate with activity assistants. Our ideal candidate will possess a positive, upbeat attitude, with a passion for working with the elderly and improving their lives.
