Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and leading resident activities, programs, and events Encourage resident participation and engagement Provide support and companionship to residents Assist residents during activities as needed Help create a welcoming and enjoyable environment Work closely with nursing and activity teams to meet resident needs Maintain accurate activity documentation as required

Qualifications:

Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility or senior living environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude Ability to interact positively with residents, families, and staff
