Activities Director Samaritan Care Center & Villa of Medina is a non-profit healthcare campus with a 56-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and 26-bed Assisted Living Community. Our primary focus is providing high quality nursing care and other related services for residents in need. Our services include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and respite care. We are seeking a strong Activities Director to start within our administrative team immediately. This role is the heart of enhancing the physical, emotional, and cognitive well - being & over all well - being of our residents within our community. This includes providing engaging & meaningful activities. This role is the heart of providing our residents with meaningful programming that gives a sense of purpose, accomplishment and a routine, engagement, & independence.

Additional responsibilities include:

Oversee all aspects of activity programming for healthcare campus (SNF & AL) Interview Residents to identify preferences and meet psychosocial needs Develop individualized care plans with activity goals and interventions Document activity participation, including group and one-on-one activities Complete UDAs and MDS Assessments accurately and timely Meet regulatory standards related to departmental operations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in long term care is required. Must meet qualification standards per
