Starting as part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time in approximately six months with the opening of our third location The ideal candidate will hold an active CNA certification as well as be a Certified Activity Coordinator/Director. This position will initially be part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position in approximately six months when Eden Care's third location opens. Qualifications Current CNA certification required. Certified Activity Coordinator/Director certification required. Experience working with seniors or in a senior living environment required Creative, dependable, and highly organized. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable traveling between metro locations. Passion for working with seniors and creating meaningful experiences for residents. Responsibilities Develop and coordinate engaging activities designed specifically for seniors. Create and maintain an activity calendar and daily schedule. Plan a variety of recreational, social, educational, and therapeutic activities. Encourage resident participation and create a positive, welcoming environment. Modify activities based on residents' interests, abilities, and needs. Coordinate activities across multiple Eden Care locations. Travel between the North Edmond location and the Oklahoma City location near The Greens, rotating between locations each day. Assist with creating a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for residents. Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday $17
