The Activity Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating a comprehensive activity program that meets the physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and spiritual needs of nursing home residents. This position ensures compliance with Oklahoma state regulations and federal long-term care requirements while promoting resident engagement, quality of life, and dignity. Experience in long-term care, senior living, recreation, or activities preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with elderly residents, including those with dementia. Must meet applicable Oklahoma long-term care requirements.
