Position Overview The Life Enrichment Director oversees all aspects of the community's Life Enrichment department, ensuring residents experience meaningful opportunities for social engagement, cognitive stimulation, physical activity, creativity, and emotional well-being. This leadership role is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive activities program while supervising the Life Enrichment team, managing departmental resources, coordinating volunteers, collaborating with other department leaders, and ensuring compliance with state requirements for memory care programming. This is a full-time salaried leadership position requiring flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and community events.
