Responsibilities:

Develop and implement activities programs that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents, including social events, arts and crafts, entertainment, and outdoor activities Lead and mentor a team of activities staff to ensure excellent customer service, high-quality programs, and a positive work environment Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to design and implement activities that support individualized care plans and promote rehabilitation and recovery Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations, vendors, and volunteers to enhance our activities programs and services Maintain accurate records of activities participation, resident feedback, and program evaluations

Requirements:

0+ years of experience in activities or recreation therapy, with a strong background in program development and leadership Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and families Ability to work varying shifts , including evenings and weekends, as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
