We're seeking a Certified Activity Director to lead engaging programs that promote well-being and social connection in our nursing home community.

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee daily and monthly activity programs Complete activity MDS assessments and participate in care planning Supervise activities staff and coordinate special events Maintain compliance and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Certified Activity Director (NCCAP or state-approved) Experience in long-term care preferred Knowledge of MDS and care plans required Energetic, organized, and compassionate leader
