$12 Responsibilities Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, and provide friendly customer service. Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards. Operate a cash register/POS system and accurately process customer transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary concession area. Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Stock, store, and rotate food and beverage products as needed. Complete opening and closing duties according to supervisor instructions. Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Assist with other concession or Food & Beverage duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications Previous food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work well with a team and interact professionally with guests. Reliable transportation to and from work. Must be dependable and punctual. Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak park days. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to approximately 20 lbs. Must follow all food safety and workplace safety requirements. Black, non-slip footwear may be required.
