Position Summary The Activities Director is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and implementing community activities and events , on and off campus for residents at 29 Acres. This role includes creating a weekly calendar of community events available to residents at 29 Acres and ensuring engaging, safe, and well-organized activities for residents and staff.
Position Qualifications Required:
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

High School Diploma or GED Required:
Must hold a valid Texas driver's license and possess an acceptable driving record. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to support staff and clients with scheduled events on-campus. Comfortable leading groups and supervising staff participation Basic computer skills (Google Suite, Slack, LifeLoop preferred) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors Strong communication and teamwork abilities Responsibilities 1. Events Coordination Create a weekly calendar of meaningful leisure and recreational activities for residents at 29 Acres Procure the necessary materials for those activities . Attend, lead and Encourage participation at scheduled activities. Create attendance sheets for all scheduled activities Ensure that scheduled activities are fresh and updated and do not become stale. Print and organize calendar and all necessary event materials and deliver to houses, residents and staff. Be available to lead activities and events evenings and weekends. Add new upcoming activities to the monthly community calendar Take and post pictures of events, activities, and community engagement 2.
