We are seeking a Service Delivery Director to lead and oversee the Aquatics department , which includes the supervision of staff. A primary continued focus of this role will be the growth of aquatics programing and over-all branch membership, aiming to enhance our community impact and organizational reach. This position will be located at the Northside YMCA. Key Responsibilities The Director will be responsible for staff development, program enhancement, and member engagement. The Director will oversee our swim lesson program, supervise and schedule lifeguards, manage our water exercise schedule and instructors, and ensure the cleanliness and safety of our pool. Responsibilities include developing and implementing programs; coordination and scheduling of swim lessons and other programs; on deck supervision of programs and lifeguards; and teaching their own group swim lessons or providing in-water support for instructors teaching lessons throughout the week. The Director will work closely and collaboratively with other departments to engage members and provide excellent service, as well as partnering with schools and community members. This is a hands-on position that will require afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
