Village Concepts of Lake Stevens is seeking a dedicated, passionate, enthusiastic, creative, and engaging Activity Director for our Community in Lake Stevens. This individual will be responsible for leading our Activity Program.

$24 - $28 per hour, depending on experience

General Duties:

Develop and lead a full calendar of activities, events, and programs that promote social connection, wellness, and enjoyment. Coordinate group outings, holiday events, fitness classes, creative workshops, games and educational programs. Build relationships with residents to understand their interests and personalize offerings while maintaining our standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resident experiences. Create a warm, inclusive and energetic atmosphere where every resident feels valued. Manage activity staff/volunteers and oversee the activity budget.

A leader in activities, working with diverse personalities, and adjusting to meet the standards of our Pillars of Engagement. Must be able to drive our Community Bus HCA or CNA is helpful. If you do not have this license, we will happily sponsor your HCA training and certification. You will enjoy working with our dedicated, supportive, and seasoned team including our hands-on tenured and fun Executive Director, along with a team that are genuinely motivated to care for others.
