Job Description
We're not looking for someone to simply run bingo. We're looking for someone who can transform lives. Touchstone Senior Services is seeking an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Activity Director who is passionate about creating exceptional daily experiences for seniors. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands that meaningful engagement improves quality of life. The right candidate will bring creativity, organization, and a strong work ethic while developing programs that residents genuinely look forward to every day. Responsibilities Develop and lead an engaging activities program seven days a week. Plan events, outings, fitness, music, crafts, cooking, educational programs, and holiday celebrations. Build relationships with residents and encourage participation. Create a vibrant, active community—not just an activity calendar. Work closely with caregivers, nursing, and leadership to enrich every resident's daily life. Qualifications Experience in senior living activities is required . Outstanding communication and organizational skills. Creative, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated. Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and special events .
