Position Overview Seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide exceptional patient-centered care in a specialty hospital setting. The role involves applying specialized training to deliver high-quality health services while fostering human connection and compassion. Responsibilities Providing direct patient care with a focus on whole-person wellness Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans Ensuring compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols Utilizing nursing skills to manage acute and complex patient needs Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting Supporting a culture of mutual respect, understanding, and inclusivity Qualifications & Skills Graduation from an accredited nursing program Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association Minimum of one year nursing experience Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills Key Attributes Commitment to patient care excellence Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
