Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert nursing care across diverse clinical settings, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and well-being. Your expertise will support patient recovery, manage complex medical conditions, and promote health education. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine care needs. Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Point Click Care to document patient information thoroughly and efficiently. Manage acute pain and chronic conditions through evidence-based nursing interventions, including IV infusion and medication administration. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for discharge planning, case management, and long-term care arrangements such as memory care or hospice services. Educate patients and families on health coaching topics including medication administration, nutrition, wound care, and disease management strategies. Requirements Valid RN licensure in the relevant state with current CPR/BLS certification. Proven experience working with diverse patient populations across settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or home care environments. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and infection control practices. Experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner for accurate medical documentation and coding (ICD-10/ICD-9). Skilled in aseptic technique, IV insertion/infusion therapy, catheter care, and sterile processing procedures. Critical care experience preferred—especially ICU or trauma center exposure—and familiarity with advanced life support protocols. Ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations with attention to detail in high-pressure situations such as emergency medicine or acute care settings.
