Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of one year of recent experience in Med Surg (Medical-Surgical) nursing Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills Current BLS certification (required) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications, monitor patient status, and promptly report changes in conditions Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate care Educate patients and families on procedures, treatments, and ongoing care requirements Accurately document all aspects of care in the electronic medical record system Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients Provide support during admissions, transfers, and discharges Uphold infection control procedures and hospital protocols at all times This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.
