We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial service environment to fill the position of Service Technician for the Tuscaloosa and Birmingham areas, as well as surrounding territories.
Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will:
Professionally install, maintain and repair customer compressed air equipment in assigned branch territory, including after-hours emergency when necessarySystematically analyze mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls sub-systems to provide customers with root causes of problem and solutions to correct themSupport customers with recommendation on maintenance intervals and system improvementsRequired QualificationsThe successful candidates background will include: High school diplomaGood communication skillsBi-lingual preferred (English and Spanish)Aptitude to learn mechanical, electrical, refrigeration and controls systemsGood customer service skillsValid drivers license and good driving recordThis is an hourly position, with a hiring range of $25- $35, to commensurate with experience.
